Christina M. Santos Coaching supports progressive Christian clergy and other mission-driven professionals by co-creating a meaningful relationship with clients to set goals, explore possibilities, and make change. Her coaching experience includes ordained clergy, educators, civil servants, and nonprofit administrators.
Rooted in her belief in the dignity of every person, Christina's coaching services are best suited for those whose work centers on service, inclusion, and justice.
About Christina:
With more than 20 years’ experience working for and with nationally-recognized nonprofit organizations and grant-funded programs, Christina's coaching is rooted in her progressive Christian faith. Her belief in the inherent dignity of every person coupled with Christina's knowledge of organizational leadership, culture, and change make her a unique thought partner for professionals whose work is driven by their values.
Christina served on the Vestry of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Philadelphia for six years, including two years as Rector's Warden. She has also has served as a Delegate to the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania Convention.
Christina is a member of the International Coaching Federation, has completed ICF-accredited coach training, and is in the process of becoming an Associate Certified Coach.
